All Decora Home merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know and we will take care of you.
RETURN POLICY FOR PICK UP IN STORE ORDERS
1. Original purchase receipt is required for any exchange or claim.
2. No money or credit is returned to cards in any return. ONLY CREDITS ARE MADE TO THE STORE.
3. The customer will have (7) days to make a change or claim from the date of purchase.
4. All merchandise must be in its original packaging. Returns are not accepted once the packaging is broken.
5. Tables, sofas, chairs, carpet and mirrors duly shipped and verified by the client have NO change.
6. The customer has 60 days to collect their merchandise. After 60 days have passed, the order will be canceled and a store credit will be issued which will be valid for 30 days. After the credit expires, the order will be canceled in its entirety. No money or store credit will be returned.
7. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been assembled.
8. Special merchandise, clearance or floor samples DO NOT have change.
9. Returns can only be made at the branch where the purchase was made.
10. The credit can only be redeemed at the branch where the customer made the purchase.
11. All credits will be valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period the credit will expire.
12. The credit will be redeemed in a single transaction, either on the same day of the change or on the day the customer redeems his credit within the (30) days of its validity.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
A valid proof of purchase is required to issue refunds or merchandise credit for eligible items. We will accept all of the following as proof of purchase.
· Original paper or gift receipt
· Electronic receipt
· Original packing slip (with order number visible)
· Order number
RETURN POLICY FOR SHIPPED BY MAIL ORDERS
1. Most products can be returned in new condition, with the original packaging (including accessories and parts). You may return the item(s) within 7 days of order delivery. Orders with shipped by mail can not return to any Decora Home Store.
2. Returns of merchandise purchased through our website and shipped by mail will be accepted only by mail. Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the item value. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws.
3. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping and processing costs are paid by the customer.
4. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. A credit will post to your account approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
5. To return an item by mail, ensure the package, and mail it to the below address. Your return must be sent back to the correct address for us to credit or refund your purchase.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. Should your item arrive damaged or with a defect, please contact us at (787)787-0995 / 1-(863)777-5011 ext.2222 or by email at customerservice@decorahome.com within 5 days of delivery so that we may arrange for a replacement.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
· We cannot accept returns on items with Free Shipping promotional offer. Items damaged through normal wear and tear.
